Unit Utils is a simple unit converter app built for everyday use. It runs entirely on your device and is designed with your privacy in mind.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app does not require an account, does not track your activity, and does not use analytics or advertising services.

Third-Party Services

The app fetches currency exchange rates from a public API (frankfurter.dev) to support currency conversions. We do not intentionally send any personal or device information in these requests. However, as with any network request, the service provider may receive technical metadata such as your IP address. We encourage you to review the provider's own privacy practices for more details.

Data Storage

Unit Utils does not persist any data to your device or to remote servers. All conversions are calculated locally in memory. Currency exchange rates are temporarily held in memory while the app is open and are discarded when the app is closed. Nothing is saved between sessions.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data from any user, this includes children. The app is safe for use by all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
